Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Total Rewards Analyst located in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
* Ensures appropriate governance on all new or redesigned compensation items.
* Uses metrics and models to understand current and future remuneration trends.
* Partners in the research, design and deployment of total rewards programs and standards; including salary structure surveys and design, pay determination, variable pay, allowances, benefits and retention.
* Delivers job evaluation support including the coordination of job slotting.
* Conducts total rewards country reviews.
* Identifies opportunities to manage labor costs and increase value for total rewards products, services and delivery.
* Usually assigned specific client groups, but flexibility is required. Project will be assigned dependent on priority of work rather than primary client.
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in similar roles
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in a business or technical field
* Demonstrated HR analytical experience and proficiency with spreadsheets and data management
* Experience with Workday HRIS is highly desired
* Exposure to international compensation and benefit practices
* Strong communication skills
