Lets do this. Lets change the world. During this program, you will establish automated data reporting workflows using chromatography data system to help in our Speed to Patients mission. This project primarily focus on the use of Chromatography data acquisition/reporting software to develop standardized templates for faster analytical data processing. This is designed to minimize the use of excel sheet and to ensure faster data turn-around time.
Responsibility of the intern will be to utilize Chromatography data system and establish following templates in the system covering different analytical reporting requirements including but not limited to
Analytical method system suitability calculations report template
Analytical sample weight percent assay results calculations templates
Analytical data export methods
Prepare a presentation for effective communication at the end of project

Basic Qualifications
Amgen requires that all individuals applying for an undergraduate internship at Amgen must meet the following criteria:
* 18 years or older
* Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
* Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
* Enrolled in a full-time bachelors or Combined Bachelor's/Master's degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
* Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree concentration(s) in Data Science, Chemistry, Operations Research, Biotechnology,
* Strong analytical/quantitative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-starter with the ability to take on several projects at one time
* Able to apply information system technology concepts to manufacturing operations
* Able to prioritize and objectively quantify information systems projects value to business
