Job Description
This is a senior consultant position within the member communication department. This individual is responsible for designing member letters based on the clients requirements. Sr consultant will need to work with internal and external customers along with other job duties as required. The Sr consultant will need to participate in the process improvement across multiple Business units as required by client services leaders.
In order to be successful in this role, the Sr consultant will serve as a subject matter expert for member letters to coordinate and resolve the issues and identifying the areas of improvement. This individual will work with Client Services, Account Management, IT, Print vendors along with the senior management.

Required Qualifications
5 years experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with print vendor migrations
Member Claim processing experience is a plus.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
