Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement team is responsible for the development and administration of system roll-outs, defining and deploying unified training, and business and client service processes across Disney Advertising Sales (DAS). The Linear Operations segment is tasked with strategy and implementation of new business processes, training and working closely with the Ad Platforms team on new technology.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a liaison with IT team and participate in the development and release of any new enhancements
* Collaborate in the design and creation of training curricula, manuals, online learning modules and course materials; Update training content and materials over time to ensure their relevance and usefulness
* Responsible for identifying patterns and trends within the sales process and develop solutions proactively to improve workflow
* Serve as a point of contact with the Process & Learning & Development team to help identify areas of opportunity that will enhance the client experience
* Identify needs in the business and take initiative to steward self and/or team to a solution
* Serve as a conduit between Revenue Management Leaders, Sales Management and Ad Platforms
* Create, Develop and maintain project plans for various Linear projects
* Responsible for owning and leading meetings with various business partners
* Drive adoption and ownership of change by working with leadership/management teams and end users
* Build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams throughout the entirety of change initiatives
* Conduct engagement and readiness assessment with end users impacted by the change
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Linear Advertising Operations
* Minimum 5 years Business experience
* Proven leadership & problem-solving skills
* Superior project management skills
* Strong understanding of linear media sales
* Superior written & verbal communication skills
* Capable of communicating with all levels within the organization, including top executives
* Ability to work independently
* Familiarity with Linear Ad Sales Reporting
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (i.e..Microstrategy)- a plus
* Thorough knowledge of AdVisor or another proprietary Ad Sales System- a bonus
* Experience leading teams through change and personally adaptable to change
