RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing a backlog with multiple projects from inception to final delivery while handling exceptions along the way.
* Engage with researchers, engineers and product managers to envision, plan and execute with designated resources.
* Inform research directions based on partner and customer feedback, prioritizing across a diverse set of inputs and constituents.
* Deliver resources to support awareness through various channels, training, trailhead, blogs, open source and internal proof of concepts.
* Knowledge sharing across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with AI, data science and/or machine learning tools and practices
* Some real-world programming experience
* Scrum, agile methodology hands-on experience
* Experience presenting to executive leadership and participating in the sales cycle.
* Excellent organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.
* Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against a plan.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering or product management with expertise in Enterprise / AI Research environments.
* BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.
