Ensure that our Safety objectives are met by providing a safe work environment
Reward and Recognize outstanding performance by your direct reports
Ensure receipt of the equipment for installation and delivery
Manage marketing equipment assets and parts
Maintain inventory levels to support daily service requests
Ensure that parts are distributed in a timely fashion to technicians
Ensure that the service department meets Annual Operating Plan objectives
Select, train and develop future service technician capability
Conducting weekly Route Rides and Trade Audits to provide detailed feedback to Techs
Provide detailed feedback each period on individual and teams performance, post on locations blue boards
Ensure that regulatory requirements are met by the workforce
Maintain the bulk parts room and warehouse in a clean and organizes manner
Ensure individual stocking location are kept in a clean and organized manner
Direct the daily assignment of repair and field installation teams
Ability to influence and motivate others, utilizing strong communication skills, Keen understanding of goals and measurements, analytical problem solver, and strategic thinker
Strong Customer KPI Focus
Ability to effectively multitask, be proactive, organized, responsive and energetic
Self-motivated

Qualifications/Requirements

* Business Management Bachelors or equivalent experience
* 2-3 years Supervisory experience preferred
* Regulatory Experience (HazMat, EPA, OSHA, DOT, GCS)
* Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Business Objects, PowerPoint, I-Pad)
* Strong multitasking ability
* Technical experience, diagnosing mechanical, electrical and refrigeration system failure preferred
