Operator will perform the following duties: Preps tubes to specified length (if specified). Deliver stock of extruded tubes. Loads Stock in hotbox (if specified). Sprays mandrels with release agent (if specified). Loads/unloads mandrels on/off breaker/wrapper. Loads uncured tubes on mandrels. Unloads cured tubes off mandrels. Wraps/unwraps tubes on mandrels Places cured tubes on staging stock trucks. Performs quality checks on cured tubes. Records quality checks Inspects ID/OD on each cured tube unloaded. Loads/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts. Operates wrapper/breaker Operates Autoclaves Loads/unloads autoclave carts in/out of autoclaves Verifies autoclave cure charts Delivers mandrels to/from storage area/work station Delivers collars to/from storage/work station. Verifies size/condition of each mandrel Operates mandrel cleaning lathe Stripes color code on ID of cured tubes (if specified). Separates tubes on shipping trucks. Delivers cured tubes on shipping trucks to loading dock Returns empty shipping trucks to storage area Prepares identification tickets for cured tubes Get supplies from storeroom as directed. Reports all safety hazards, unsafe working conditions, abnormal circumstances, accidents or other problems to supervision. Keeps own work area neat and orderly.
