Northrop Grumman SSSD has an opening for a Principal QA Policy Strategy Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, Ca.
In this position you will:
* Develops, maintains and ensures compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and that the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelines.
* Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance.
* Works directly with operating entities to ensure that inspections, process control analyses or audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications.
* Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
* May establish and ensure that inspections are conducted prior to the processing of raw materials, ingredients, and product amp; package specifications.
* May drive process improvements and administer tools to support continuous improvement.
* May serve as liaison between the company and the various governmental agencies.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors in Science with 5 Years ofprofessional, relevant experience;
* OR 3 Years with Masters;
* OR 0 Years with PhD;
* OR nine (9) years of related professional experience in lieu of degree
* Familiarity or experience with SharePoint Management
* Experience with corrective and preventative actions
* Knowledge of ISO9100/9000 and/or other related standards
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Government Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to effectively interpret, receive, and communicate information across a diverse group of stakeholders
