The Remote Sensing Programs Business Unit, within the Payload amp; Ground Systems Division, is seeking a proven Business Development Manager and Strategy Manager with experience in the Space sector.
Responsibilities include:
* Develops long-range strategy objectives and strategic business growth plans for the Remote Sensing (RSP) Business Unit
* Perform market assessments, competitive analysis, and understand customer dynamics to optimize RSP BU rsquo;s value proposition
* Lead the identification, qualification, and development of new business opportunities
* Engage with Strategy Managers and Business Development Managers across the BU, Division, and Sector to influence business development efforts, technology roadmaps and solution offerings in markets of interest
* Lead a team to develop product roadmaps in support of the RSP Business Unit
* Establish linkage between strategy and investment plans
* Develop and nurture customer contacts in support of strategic goals
* Identify adjacent customers to facilitate business growth
* Develop teaming opportunities to meet strategic goals
* Prepare clear and effective presentations to document strategic growth plans
* Lead the identification and execution of campaigns in order to meet business objectives

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor 39;s degree
* 7 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy development or program management
* 4 years of management or program management experience
* Must have a current and active Top Secret and SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master in Business Administration
* Thorough knowledge of USG rsquo;s budgeting process
* Experience with DoD rsquo;s acquisition process
* Strong customer domain knowledge related to US Government rsquo;s Space amp; Ground, preferably with the Space Intelligence Community and DoD
* Proven ability to establish and maintain highly effective internal and external relationships
* Demonstrated ability to influence senior level management with data driven recommendations
Salary minimum for Colorado: $137,200
Salary maximum for Colorado: $216,090
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
