At NextEra Energy, we are taking our Senior Paralegal role to the next level. In this position you will use your strong analytical and organizational skills to work independently on matters related to financing transactions, including providing active support of the investor due diligence process on large financing transactions, working closely with subject matter experts to identify and organize material project documentation, reviewing project documentation for completeness and disclosure restrictions, and preparing initial drafts of affiliate support agreements and ancillary documents. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work well under pressure. You will be part of a team that drives excellence and works together in making an impact!

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Under limited supervision:
* Drafts and edits legal documents based on edits and input from corporate attorneys
* Participates in special projects or activities related to the legal discipline being supported
* Performs legal and transaction related research
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
* High School Grad / GED
* Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
* Experience: 7+ years
