Your mission:

The Principal Product Manager, SEO will be someone who is passionate about building products and has a track record of achieving business goals through SEO. This individual should be able to make decisions that reflect a deep understanding of current SEO strategies. The Principal Product Manager, SEO will interact daily with editorial, marketing, product, and technology teams.

Day to day you can expect:

* Successfully manages new SEO product launches
* Consistently makes significant contributions to SEO team vision & strategy

* Investigates and proposes unique competitive product strategies to support traffic growth

* Communicates effectively to internal audiences; drives communication cross-functionally

* Makes decisions and executes in a way consistent with Realtor.com culture and values

* Partners with leaders across the organization

* Provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organization

* Collaborates with other search leads to share best practices

* Have plenty of variety, no two days are the same!

What were looking for:

* Eight years of organic SEO experience
* Substantial in-house SEO experience

* Up-to-date knowledge of current SEO strategies

* Ability to find non-obvious problems and opportunities

* Ability to implement differentiated and innovative solutions

* Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables

* Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

* Drives product vision, and multi-quarter roadmap, with data and user insights to support customer/business goals, that impacts business strategy

* Can effectively apply principles/frameworks, and create new ones as needed, to identify opportunities, prioritize and create data-driven solutions

* Delegates effectively and demonstrates the ability to get things accomplished through others

* Shows an ability to influence cross-functional teams to obtain desired results

* Solid understanding of online marketing

* Solid understanding of building online products

* Knowledge of HTML markup and web development

* Knowledge of server technologies (caching, environments, logging)

* College degree (or equivalent experience)
