Job Summary

Were looking for a top Product Manager to join NetApp's Active IQ Product Management Team in Sunnyvale, building exceptional solutions for helping customers move to cloud and helping improve the wellness and health of their hybrid cloud environment.

As a Product Owner, you will interact with customers, partners, internal users, NetApp product teams, internal stakeholders and a world class development team to deliver state of the art experience and solutions for our users in a fast paced agile environment.

Job Requirements

* Product Manager focused on understanding customer needs - work extensively with customers to get their feedback on existing and future features.
* Proven success in delivering SaaS products or products that help customers move their applications to Cloud
* Regularly interact with customers and gather customer references
* Work with Product Owners to coordinate and prioritize customer needs
* Work and align with the customer experience team on customer listening opportunities
* Metrics-driven - analyze and understand customer usage patterns to drive product priorities
* Analyze the competition regularly to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value and share the competitive assessment with leadership and within the team every quarter
* Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams, TME, Product Marketing, Product owners, Technical Director, and Product Managers across the NetApp portfolio

Education

* Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or other technical discipline, MBA preferred.
* At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager
* Background in IT / Infrastructure
* Highly analytical and proven attention to detail
* Passion for combining technology and business to build excellent products
* Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English
* Ability to coordinate between different teams, and engage stakeholders in the organization
* Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
