We are building a team of diverse, talented engineers to design, deliver and innovate upon the Conversation Platform for the Microsoft personal assistant, Cortana. You will be contributing as a full-time engineer in the Conversation Platform team to deliver the core set of services and capabilities that back the Microsoft Assistant across Microsoft 365. You will design, deliver, and operate highly scalable, performant, and secure services. You will work closely with, enable, and support partners across the company to experiment cutting edge innovations, build new features, support existing capabilities, and ensure continuous quality for customers. You will participate in a vibrant team through design and code review and mentoring while helping the team build an inclusive culture where each individual can do their best work.

* BS in Computer Science or related technical field
* 7+ years of Professional Software design and development experience with at least one of C/C++/C/Java
* A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
* Prior experience with development in large high-volume services, experience with service-oriented development and cloud based systems.
* Demonstrated commitment to the success of others.
* Great collaboration skills
