The WW M&O Sales Operations is searching for a Sales Enablement leader who will be a key contributor to the acceleration of our journey to modern selling.
The Director of Sales Enablement will establish and lead a program across corporate commercial strategy, marketing, and sales operations to enable sellers to improve effectiveness at every stage of the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this role should have broad experience in the field of Sales Enablement, marketing and communications, sales enablement technologies and operations, and the needs of both pre- and post-sales sales customer journeys.
This leader will:
* Establish the cross-group Sales Enablement governance
* Define roles and responsibilities across commercial sales strategy, marketing, sales operations, corporate IT
* Work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT leaders to establish Sales Enablement priorities and roadmap plans
* Implement a rhythm of connection and communication at all levels of the program
* Establish and manage to cross group measures of program success
* Engage broadly with field sale and marketing leaders and act as the seller advocate

* Work in partnership with the enablement technology providers to optimize and maximize the value of technology investments
* Deliver Sales enablement programs that advance leadership and deliver superior ROI
* Develop, evolve, and provide thought leadership in content development and communication methodologies on behalf of sales professionals
* Champion and drive adoption of leading-edge Sales Enablement activation techniques
* Contribute as an executive leader, proactively counselling senior-level management on critical Sales Enablement elements
* Interact regularly with senior executives across functions and geographies to communicate progress on Sales Enablement initiatives
The successful candidate for this role will have:
* 10-15 years experience in sales management, sales operations, and/or related communications & marketing role(s)
* Expert knowledge of sales and channel content/communication/marketing fundamentals and products/services/solution/sales lifecycle systems
* Accountability for a large multi-department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business results and organizational strategy
* Proven teaming and collaboration across all functions and significant experience leading global, cross function virtual teams
* Proven ability to convey complex and technical concepts in meaningful, simple ways
* Experience driving the alignment of priorities across the organization and into the geographies and countries
* Superior facilitation, content design, and consulting skills
* Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
* Lead large, complex, cross-divisional functional virtual teams and projects that affect long-term goals and objectives
* Proven negotiatiion skills, with high level of tact and diplomacy
* Ability to interact with all levels of the company, top-to-bottom, including leadership
* BA or BS in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent; MBA preferred
