You'll be part of the Employee Skilling Experiences (ESE) team that drives strategy and execution for virtual and in-person skilling experiences. In this role, you'll work closely with the Skilling Experience managers to support the development and delivery of these learning experiences. You'll work across Worldwide Learning, and with our stakeholders across the company to launch experiences that enable employees to grow in their role and be more successful in their customer interactions. Key success factors for this role are timely launch of programs and initiatives, timely and thorough representation of ESE needs and business requirements into key tools and processes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your focus will be on supporting key employee skilling programs, including:
* Fiscal year priority skilling: grounding employees on the new business priorities and strategies for the fiscal year
* Skilling days: protected learning time for employees delivered on a regular cadence throughout the year
* Develop project management plan for key programs
* Develop and manage workback schedules with stakeholders and team members to drive awareness/adherence
* Identify dependencies and proactively work with team members and stakeholders to align
* Track workstream progress and proactively identify if/where intervention or actions need to be taken
* Create and manage a workstream report-out and management cadence for key programs
* Create and manage a process for identifying and engaging with program stakeholders
* Primary point of contact for ESE team for tools and reporting
* Identify ESE business requirements for relevant WWL tools and processes
* Identify ESE net new business needs for tools and/or reports, and work with appropriate teams to drive solutions
* For events, work with the Events, Studios and Communities team to define ESE business requirements and drive engagement on event-related tools and processes
* Primary point of contact with the GSMO Field Seller Guide team
* Understand the Field Seller Guide content structure, including the Walkme component of the guide
* Understand the content development, launch, and update timelines for the Field Seller Guide
* Identify opportunities for ESE programs and content to leverage, contribute to, and/or align with the Field Seller Guide
* Represent ESE and participate in regular Field Seller Guide meetings
* Budget management support for ESE team
* Work with ESE team lead to ensure program leads are spending to budget
* Create and manage ESE budget reporting and review cadence
* 3+ years of experience managing programs across multiple workstreams and teams
* Highly organized, with the ability to track and manage program details and schedules
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to create and manipulate data/reports and build compelling, succinct slides
* Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams in a large/complex organization
* Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and successfully manage multiple workstreams
* Experience working with and managing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
* Experience with employee skilling/learning and readiness is a plus
* Content management or content operations experience is a plus
* Experience working with CMS tools or Azure Dev Ops is a plus
