We build SharePoint. SharePoint is the world's most successful content management solution. It is the foundation of the modern intranet and powers content services and collaboration across Office 365, which serves hundreds of millions of users around the globe.
Our Culture:
We are a diverse team of program managers and data scientists. We offer experiences from building consumer mobile features to developer experiences to large scale distributed systems. We are data informed and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove we deliver value to customers. We partner closely with a talented and senior set of engineers, designers, and researchers. Most of our team is local to Redmond, Washington. We also work with peers in Europe & Asia. We all contribute directly to OneDrive & SharePoint.

The Work:
Our infrastructure PM team works closely with our engineering peers to expand, improve, and optimize our large-scale distributed system to deliver a secure, reliable, performant, and cost-efficient service to our customers and Microsoft. Our team is driving the vision to scale our service to the next level. We also dive into a wide range of areas such as networking, directory services, access control, and secret management. We collaborate with our peers in our organization as well as our colleagues responsible for our Azure ecosystem to find and deliver the best solutions for our customers.
We are looking for a talented program manager who is passionate about scaling a large-scale service to the next level while keeping our customers safe and satisfied. You will learn about our service architecture and help define the vision and strategy to get us to our goal. You will use data to identify key insights that you will use to prioritize our work. You will partner with our engineering team to define and design best practices and patterns and you will work with other teams to drive improvements across the service.
Required Qualifications:
* 2+ years of software development experience
* 5+ years of program management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience delivering cloud platforms
* A track-record of owning technical and architectural decisions for a software or hardware product
* The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers
* The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal
