The Microsoft Azure Edge Devices team is working on creating the next generation of intelligent edge devices with partners across a wide range of form factors, device architypes and AI technologies to enable new application scenarios, provide in-depth business insights and safeguard the security and privacy of our data.

We are looking for a self-driven Program Manager who thrives on finding innovative and creative solutions with silicon partners to achieve more, in a rewarding and fast paced environment and has a track record of leading across innovative teams. As a member of our team, you will drive silicon partner engagement in all stages of our engineering lifecycle - from initial research and discovery of partner and customer insights, quick iteration on promising concepts, all the way through successful deployment, including across workstreams that span the division and beyond - providing coherency of our engagement and strategy up the SLT and into respective product teams.

You should have a proven track record of delivering V1 solutions that span hardware, firmware, and services and should be comfortable with the product/solution design and driving execution within the team and across partner teams. You will need to be able to speak publicly with partners and customers about complex business and technical matters, including public presentations.

Work with major silicon partners to find an aligned strategy that accelerates AED and broader Microsoft efforts, and then track and drive appropriate workstreams to fruition.

Understand roadmaps, ecosystem needs, channel dynamics, value propositions, and other competing alternatives in the silicon market and translate partner opportunities into executable plans and product insights.

Creating strategy and plans to reach the right customers/partners to develop signals about top scenarios and industry direction.

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years working as a product /program manager
* 3+ years working on IoT (Internet of Things) and/or AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions/devices
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of silicon industry experience
* Experience working across multiple groups or teams.
* BS or MS in computer science, related degree, or equivalent experience
* Experience working with the top 400 enterprise customers at a deep and strategic level
* Ability to learn the value chain in an industry deeply to observe opportunities for innovation
* 3+ Years of management/leadership experience
* Ability to travel for business (25%)
