As a Business Program Manager in the US Chief Technology Office organization (CTO), you will have the opportunity to apply strategic thinking and innovative ideas to real-world business issues. You will deliver key business insight, planning, and analysis needed by senior leadership to develop strategy, deliver internal and external communications, and maintain operational rigor for this fast-growing business. As part of a high performing team, you will deliver significant impact across the business with high visibility.
* Work in collaboration with leaders, advisors and architect in the CTO organization to evaluate and coordinate internal activities for inclusion.
* Partner with a variety of business and delivery stakeholders to understand current business & sales strategies and assist teams in translating those strategies to the digital advisor and area solution architect roles.
* Formulation of Value Models (high-level business case justification).
* Assist in creating and updating materials articulating the value of the role both internally and externally.
* Develop processes to manage and assist in researching industry trends to provide point-of-view data source materials.
* Documentation and illustration of business processes, workflows, dataflows, into standard models.
* Proactively identify and champion process and tools improvements, collaborating to streamline non-client related activities for advisors and architects.
* Harvesting and delivery of lenses or scenarios into standard tools (Azure Dev. Ops.) that can be packaged, referenced, and reused.
* Organize and scrub materials to form cross-industry reusable IP libraries.
* Assist in the capture and documentation of eminence related activities.
* Customer/Stakeholder Focus: Passionate about the client viewpoint.
* Facilitation of workshops.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A) required and/or 3-5 years related experience in relevant fields eg: business, sales, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
* Knowledge of Agile processes (development of backlogs of Epics, Features, User Stories for the business).
* Strong self-motivation and ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategy and execution plans.
* Problem-solving ability, especially in gathering data to drive decision making under stringent timelines.
* The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage ambiguity.
