Job description
- Leading the Power team in DDRSS to complete the UPF design, execute on Power related flows like RTL and Netlist CLP, PTPX based power estimation and RTL level power estimation flows
- Lead the team in optimizing the leakage power with the synthesis team
- work with PD team to optimize the active and idle power for all the scenarios
- optimize the power flows with required automation
- represent the subsystem in SoC reviews
- Predict and estimate the power consumption of the subsystem for new projects.
Qualification
Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
8+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
. Understanding of the power flows. CLP, PTPX exposure
. Design and microarchitecture work on low power design is a plus
