What You Will Be Doing:
- Performing preliminary research on suspicious report findings to help prevent fraudulent activities
- Making entries in the general ledger related to paperwork and information processed - may also review and approve general ledger entries or invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying, auditing, and investigating departmental discrepancies
- Providing day-to-day leadership of a team within the department, including input to performance management, coaching, and guidance
- Responding to complex inquiries from customers and internal units, and conducting research to provide resolution
Skills Necessary for Consideration:
- At least 1 year of related experience, and proven knowledge of loan operation policies and procedures
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
