Our client brings an exceptional opportunity to work in an outside sales role. As a Sales Manager you will work independently to assist clients that have experienced a recent event resulting in equipment or facility damage and losses. This Sales Professional will manage clients within the MD/PA/DC/VA territory and have the capacity to earn unlimited commissions.
As the Sales Manager you will:
* Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in equipment and repair services
* Meet regularly with clients as a liaison and advocate, build long-term relationships
* Invest in corporate goals and seek to meet or exceed annual budget targets
* Attend frequent industry, networking and promotional events
* Identify new sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients
* Support marketing efforts by offering insight in promotional activities
* Travel locally, clients are within a 1-2 hour radius of Frederick
The ideal candidate will:
* Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Electronics or related industry - preferred
* Have outside/B2B sales or business development experience
* Have a general understanding of computer and electronic equipment
* Have positive energy and an outgoing, sociable demeanor
* Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
* Be able to successfully self-manage with integrity and have a strong work ethic
* Be proficient in MS Office suite and a CRM platform
This position offers:
* Total compensation (base + commission) starting at $80,000 annually
