Quality Control Analyst (Level 3)
Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to raw materials, parts, assemblies, processes, and or systems.
Provides support to ensure raw material, parts, chemicals and/or finished products is compliant with quality standards and applicable government regulations.
Conducts process surveillance audits to evaluate procedural adherence, documents findings and provides statistical summary of collected data to assigned program leadership and outside organizations.
Investigates problems, analyzes quality accuracy and assists with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
Responsible and accountable for coordinating containment efforts, tracks nonconformance documentation data for accuracy and trends, and provides containment analysis to Quality Engineers for corrective action coordination.
Responsible to provide necessary on-the-job training related to quality control methods, techniques and tools to the quality control workforce. Interfaces with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customer representatives to ensure requirements are met.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
Interim Secret Clearance required to start.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in aviation/aerospace, military or high precision manufacturing industry in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, fault isolation manuals, wiring diagrams, aerospace equipment instructions, and other types of technical orders.
Prior flight line experience required.
Working knowledge or aerospace quality management systems: AS9100, AS9110, DCMAI 8210, etc.
Experienced analyze data, develop charting, read/write technical documents and build presentations.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience using/interfacing with PDM, QADS, SFM, JDL, VAS and JTD.
Verifiable FOD auditor experience.
Experience in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and process/product auditing.
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and communicate in a clear, concise, data driven manner.
