St Francis Hospital

Responsible for the overall management of the CMS Core Measures, other required and key quality metrics and related Safety and Performance Improvement initiatives. Responsibilities may include coordination of TJC and other accrediting bodies disease-specific certification activities, including accreditation activities, program development and related education to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsible for operational processes of concurrent retrospective data collection, data entry and analysis, and external submission of data within established deadlines. Also responsible for the generation of summary reports and ongoing communication with appropriate hospital and/or medical staff to identify, recommend and facilitate the implementation strategies for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

Graduate of an Associate's Program inNursing Required

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Licenses
Valid Registered Nursing (RN) License in the state of Georgia.

Minimum Work Experience
Three years of relevant progressive work experience in clinical healthcarepreferred, including a minimum of one year direct experience in performanceimprovement. Working knowledge of federal, state and regulatory requirements inperformance improvement, accreditation and licensure.
