Title: EPDP Senior Quality Engineer - 70672

This position may be located in Waterloo, IA, France or Mexico per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.

This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As an EPDP Senior Quality Engineer for John Deere Power Systems located in Waterloo, IA you will

* Be responsible for leading New product program Quality Integration including quality planning and program goal definition/allocation
* Be responsible for working across relevant functional lanes to integrate quality functionality in support of new product programs following the Enterprise Product Delivery Program (EPDP) framework
* Be responsible for developing and implementing JDPS-specific EPDP Quality Integration functional framework

What Skills You Need

* 3 or more years of experience in a quality-specific functional role such as Supplier Quality engineering, factory quality engineering, product quality engineering, reliability engineering or other relevant/similar roles
* 3 or more years of experience in project management/change management roles
* Demonstrated abilities to lead informal teams to define and implement change
* Demonstrated abilities to Influence without Authority in driving project progress
* Functional experience using primary enterprise tools such as PDM-Link and SAP
* Experience working with global teams

What Makes You Stand Out

* Data Analytics experience including use quality specific data
* Demonstrated skills in application of Business Objects, Tableau and Power BI
* Experience with JDSN
* Experiences with Factory Automation tolls such as JDAT, QDAS, Infinity and Ignition

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
* Bachelors degree in engineering (ME, EE, Mfg, IE)
