Purpose:

The Sr Dir, PM is a member of the Cenduit Management Committee and has overall responsibility for the the operationalization of new service lines worldwide and will coordinate assembly of key business reporting details for senior leadership. Will support and lead project management in North America including key client relationships. Has a deep understanding of all technical and service related aspects of a project, works to ensure consistency across delivery and enforcing adherence to global standards. In addition, ensures that all service lines deliver a standard product and experience to our clients.

Requires the ability to engage with the client on a technical and relationship level, client management and meetings are a major part of this role and the individual participate in sales presentations and bid defense meetings to support meeting sales and financial targets. In addition, the role includes a strong link to the operational set up and R&D teams, feeding back client requirements and industry trends in RTSM as well as other eClinical ecosystems. Has strong project and program management experience including delivery of complex and global programs.

Has responsibility for ensuring project management offices meet operational and financial targets in accordance with the targets developed with senior management, and as such, will provide input into that process. This includes the setting of operational and financial goals and the formulation of resource plans to meet those goals.

The role requires a good understanding of both the clinical environment, technology and the clinical trials supply environment.

The role requires understanding our quality management systems and operating in a regulated environment..

Responsibilities:

* Ensures financial and operational goals are met and activities and services are consistent with policy and standards of quality required in a regulated environment.

* Implements improvement and other programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.

* Provides structure and the operationalization and implementation of current and new services

* Ensures customer expectations and timelines are met with the appropriate levels of service delivery.

* Report on monthly performance metrics across all operational areas.

* Participates in the Management Committee of Cenduit and contributes to the direction and strategy of the business.

* In conjunction with the Global Management Team.

o Help define the strategic direction of our business

o Help develop the global business plan for our business

o Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the operational units.

o Develop, create and implement strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.

* Develop and monitors operational KPI and scorecards.

* Ensure effective integration with IQVIA operations and project management.

* Ensure timely and appropriate levels of staffing including recruitment, training, performance management, development and succession planning.

* Support the sales organization by attending bid defense meetings and client presentations when required.

* Organization of training, including cross training of other members of company where appropriate.

* Provide input into the writing and review of departmental SOPs.

* Participation in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.

* Ensure collaboration with the Technical Support group to ensure that they have all necessary information in order to set up systems.

* Oversee change control with respect to system changes during study set up and ongoing study life cycle.

* Serves as an executive contact for key clients in support of relationship development and escalations if needed.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years management experience in software or clinical project management; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

* Experience supervising, mentoring and developing professional staff.

* Experience with Interactive Voice Response, eCOA or other eClinical systems is preferred

* Knowledge of Clinical R&D process

* Knowledge of drug development process

* Knowledge of Clinical Trial Supplies

Additional Info:

* This role will require extensive use of the keyboard and therefore repetitive motion of the fingers and will involve sitting for extended periods of time.

* Domestic and overseas travel up to 25% may be required.
