The System Integration team in the Windows Systems and Software (WSS) organization is looking for an experienced Windows System Integration and debug engineer to join our team. We bring Intel's latest client platforms to market with the latest Windows operating systems from Microsoft. You will work with Intel's ingredient, system validation and Microsoft-facing teams to fit all the pieces together, and to help fix the pieces that are broken. The scope includes hands-on work with cutting edge client hardware and software in a challenging environment leading up to platform launch.

This role gives you opportunity to work closely with engineering and architecture leads from the product groups at Intel and drive quality into the next version of Microsoft's operating system. The ideal candidate will leverage a combination of Windows architecture and debug knowledge, business acumen, organizational savvy, and expertise in key technical areas. The job rewards a self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications , Electrical Engineering or simila

8+ years of IT experience

4+ years of experience with the following:

* Windows technology integration, bug triage, automation,
* and debug
* Technical and analytical problem-solving skills
* PC firmware, software, OS, and/or HW architecture.
* PC architecture, operating systems, architecture, software life cycle, software
* validation methodologies, tools, and processes
* Windows kernel and user mode debug tools such as Windbg and KD.exe
* Windows debug transports and debugger commands
* Experience of software and hardware debug tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or Electrical Engineering
