(DAY SHIFT - 1ST SHIFT)

A FIVE WEEK PATIENT CARE TRAINING PROGRAM WITH CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT

FOR CANDIDATES INTERESTED IN A REWARDING CAREER ASSISTING PATIENTS IN A HOSPITAL SETTING.

train you with our special STAR TECH program (similary to C.N.A. training)

AND

help you start your forever career in healthcare caring for our patients!

Start Employment/Training on March 1st

*Attend Training M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for 5 weeks

Upon completion of training must be avaialble to work

Work schedules 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

FULL TIME - 3 (12 hour shifts per week)

with rotating weekedns and holdiays

Job Type:

Unit Assignment: Various units available

Responsibilities:

*The STAR TECH also known as Patient Care Technician (PCT) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.

*Under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN), the PCT assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the PCTs skills/training and the needs of the Department, and consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.

*The PCT complies with all hospital policies/procedures and observes the State Board of Nursing rules for unlicensed personnel.
