Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will provide technical expertise for complex issues and ensures effective and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieves all production objectives through proper planning to meet production schedules and delivering high quality products, which meet specifications
* Applies hands on experience in the fields of industrial electrical, mechanical, compressed gas systems, and production
* Ensures proper use of tools, equipment, and materials used within the production department, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment that will ensure safety of all employees
* Manages staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.

Qualifications:

* US Citizen or Permanent Resident
* 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
* Current holder of or willing to obtain a DOD security clearance.
* 4 year technical degree preferred
* 7+ years in a manufacturing/production environment, Solid experience in production support, leading a team of staff members
* Pass background check, hair drug test, full physical, and supervisory assessment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows software applications
