As a New Business Case Coordinator for Principalu2019s Individual Life New Business team youu2019ll partner with our producers to balance new business applications from the initial receipt to the closure of the case.

Your day will be filled with:

* Collaborating with partners in the field.n
* Exhibiting quick judgment, excellent organizational skills, accurate and detailed written and verbal communication in the work you complete.n
* Managing your own daily workload and exhibiting strong decision-making when working on complex casework and making exceptions during new business processing.n
* Developing a broad understanding of insurance operations, products and concepts.nn

Qualificationsnn
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience required (i.e., Life insurance, banking, financial services, etc.).n
* Strong computer skills, aptitude, and proficiency at keyboarding.n
* Exhibit positive relationship building with internal and external customers and be able to respond to a difficult situation.n
* Prioritize work while maintaining service standards in the face of peak times and full workloads, and frequent interruptions.n
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced changing environment with high accuracy and within established turnaround times.nn

Additional Informationn

Hoursn

No vacation time will be allowed from the end of November through the beginning of January. This position may require mandated overtime during peak season.
