Summary
The Logistics Coordinator operates in a professional and warehouse environment and will primarily use PCs to complete job functions. This role may be required to work overtime during high volume periods. This role may also be required to use standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, safety box cutters. The Logistics Coordinator coordinates, tracks, troubleshoots, and confirms receipt of all outbound and inbound shipments and inventory. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Responsibilities:
* Tracks all outbound shipments and works with carrier and internal contacts to ensure supplies arrive before events
* Coordinates UPS Pickups and Return Shipments
* Tracks and follows up on overdue Return Shipments and inventory
* Verifies using WMS and Excel that all equipment and technology has returned to WCS
* Follows-up with internally as needed to obtain missing supplies
* Promptly resolves internal service tickets
* Ensures records are accurate and up to date in WMS and distributes reports on a daily basis
* Provides additional or missing UPS labels for Return Supply and PHI shipments
* Manages tablet inventory and Mobile Device Management system
* Provides daily reports and updates to management.
* Assists with administrative tasks as determined by management
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to Lift/Carry boxes weighing up to 70 pounds and work on feet for extended periods
Requirements
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/2-3 years of experience.
