Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell [insert SBG]. You will partner with world-class engineers and leaders to develop program cost, schedules and, breakthroughs, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Project design consulting on highly customized Fire Alarm using Honeywell branded and 3rd party integrated products.
Interpret industry-related codes and standards
Interpret construction documents (electrical systems, fire protection, mechanical, architectural)
Complete and validate calculations to confirm project design concepts.
Develop customer relationships internal and external
Ensure efficient project performance
On-site assistance with commissioning, support, & troubleshooting
Up to 50% travel to perform commissioning installation support. At times on-site support will include extended hours in order to meet project schedules.

You Must Have

Associates degree or minimum of 3 years of related industry experience
NICET Level II in the subfield of Fire Alarm Systems
Minimum of 5 years of related customer-facing experience

We Value

NICET III or IV in Fire Alarm Systems
NICET II or III in Special Hazards
Bachelors degree preferred in electronics or related field.
Gamewell-FCI, Silent Knight, & Notifier brand product design/programming experience.
Mass notification system design/programming experience
Proficient individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to timely get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
Strong communication skills, Technical writing, and verbal skills in English.
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
Efficient with Microsoft Office software products.
