CONSUMER AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION (CIMD)

The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

PWM

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond

YOUR IMPACT

Are you looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to deliver positive and frictionless digital customer experiences? We are looking for a product manager to join the growing Financial Wellness product team. The ideal candidate is resourceful and detail-oriented with prior experience as a product manager on an agile team, collaborating closely with designers and developers to bring digital customer products to market.

As a digital product manager, you will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and brand teams to develop, prioritize and build the product roadmap for Goldmans Financial Wellness Offering. You will drive the development process to deliver new features and functionality while identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web and mobile properties.

In this role, you will join a team committed to superior customer experience, operating at a fast pace to improve and extend the Financial Wellness product offering, including deeper integration to our consumer business.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

* Build trusted relationships with our design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to craft and launch beautiful, easy-to-use features that solve customer problems related to personal finance
* Continuous focus on crafting and adjusting designs to simplify complex advice, actions, and products
* Further inform product decisions through analysis, user research, and experimentation - Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
* Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
* Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership)
* Define and help design new features to be built, write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 3-7 Years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment
* Desire to work in a fast paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
* Ability to frame platform designs and articulate requirements to design teams
* Experience with consumer products/services (including but not limited to: consumer lending, mobile banking applications, deposits etc.)
* Proficient in Sketch, Jira, Keynote or similar applications
* Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
* Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Product Management experience within consumer banking or personal finance space
* Technical knowledge (including HTML/CSS/JS/SQL)
