About The Team
We are a Mass Enablement team of Implementation Conversion Analysts that implement a variety of products and services for our financial institutions. As a mass enablement team, we also strategize with the business leaders and product owners to find efficiencies in the current campaign and implementation process. Currently our team is leading multiple Sales campaigns, as well as working on the implementations for EMV Contactless, SecurLOCK Fraud Services, Full-Dispute Management and Tokenization.
What You Will Be Doing
* Once trained, you will have 20-30 projects at a given time and work via weekly meetings and email/phone conversations to provide updates to clients on project status.
* Our team is an enterprise team working across all platforms at FIS. You will also work in partnership with Visa and MasterCard to configure your clients for Tokenization.
* Day to day will be spent completing project tasks, collaborating with internal departments, data entry, campaign tracking, and working with Visa/MC to configure Tokenization or EMV Contactless at the networks. Projects and campaign data is tracked in Excel.
* Communication is key. You will be communicating with clients, internal departments and with external vendors.
