About the Job
Support with the management, development and implementation of the color product portfolio, innovation pipeline and product marketing strategy by category and subcategory to enhance brand story and drive growth and market share gains in priority channels and regions
About Your Responsibilities
Innovate Prestige Makeup products and create concepts that create new business opportunities
* In partnership with Executive Director, lead innovative makeup product and pipeline strategy to support of brand's strategic direction, including focus in fast-growing categories and subcategories, hero products, and brand-building channels
* Identify makeup (lip/eye) innovation opportunities based on findings from consumer insights, social listening, CRM data and transposition from other industries
* Prepare Concept and Program Briefs - in partnership with Product Development with heed to competitive landscape, and goal of supporting Estee Lauder brand equity
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand competitive landscape and consumer needs globally and regionally
* Remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities
* Prepare regular category reviews
* Manage relationship with Regions (NOAM, EMEA, UK, APAC, LATAM, TR) and maintain monthly meetings to cascade key category updates and address global support needed to realize regional strategies
Work with Consumer Marketing on Launch plans with campaign handles and creative storytelling:
* Lead briefings to partner groups (Creative, Copy, Merchandising, Public Relations, Education, Digital, CRM, Events) Ensure timely development of all support elements
* Collaborate with Consumer Engagement on campaign strategies -- prioritizing messaging and communication touchpoints
Lead daily operations of the NPL process -- from product ideation to product launch
* Manage end-to-end launch process, from product selection to go-to-market strategies
* Lead GPPD discussions and track program launch milestones
* Promote a problem solving and collaborative environment with cross functional partners to ensure best possible NPL execution
Lead financial, forecasting and pricing analyses
* Work with the Global Business Planning Group to size market opportunities and create forecast guidelines for markets
* Synthesize and manage all financial targets:
* Pricing
* COGs estimates
* SKU management
* Sales Forecasts
