What to expect
Well look to you to engage with current topics, technologies and trends, identifying new and creative ways to share our message and deliver our services more effectively. Its all about understanding our clients industries, challenges and needs so that we can challenge current thinking to enhance treasury operations for existing and prospective clients. Making that happen is likely to include significant travel, usually within the US, visiting our clients personally on their own sites.
Your key responsibilities
Your role as a Global Treasury Services intern is to help with the successful execution of Treasury engagements by applying hands-on practical skills and experience. You will take ownership for delivery of high-quality work by supporting a broad range of Treasury projects that may include liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, Treasury technology, post-merger integration and organizational design. You will also maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with the engagement team as well as client personnel.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* Or be working toward, a bachelors degree in finance, along with the drive to achieve certified treasury professional (CTP) certification
* Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
* The ability to write technically
* A passion for client focus and the professionalism managing sensitive client relationships
* A highly collaborative approach to work
* The mental agility to absorb information and learn a diverse range of important skills right from the start
* A drivers license valid in the US
* Ability and willingness to travel on short notice
