DIVISION OVERVIEW:
Crowns Aerosol Division helps global brands become leaders in their market segments with high quality metal aerosol packaging. We merge our unique decorating capabilities with the latest aerosol technologies to create packaging that not only meets rigorous industry requirements but most importantly, the everyday needs and expectations of consumers worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Follow all plant safety rules, LOTO, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
* Follow all SOPs that are applicable to performing this work as well as general plant SOPs.
* Ensure that all quality SOP requirements are being followed, and visual inspection is occurring at all times and documented.
* Feed four (4) rotofeeds with tops and bottoms that are on the pallet feeder
* Report to shift supervisor for further requirements when lines are down or underperforming.
* Participate in team meetings as required.
* Sorting as per instructions.
* When requested/required assist in covering for Palletizer Operator.
* Good housekeeping is required at all times. Work area is to be clean, orderly and free of hazards at all times. Hazards include but are not limited to ends, broken wood and torn bags.
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members
* Strong attention to detail and ability to establish and maintain a high level of organization and quality
* Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
* Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift, frequent overtime may also be required
