Focus, Scope, & Impact:
* The Sr. Director E2E Experience will :
* Converting Creative Strategy into End-to-End Experience Strategy that helps in Re-imagining and visualizing experiences that create lasting memories for our brands.
* Designing experiences for E2E consumer / shopper journey, focusing on orchestration and consistency.
* Embed new approaches into everyday experience strategy
* IMX strategy work will include 2-year Global campaign pipeline
* Providing input into allowable localization to Global IMX Campaigns
* Support with building the New Consumer Engagement Model for Marketing for the TCCC System (with a Future back thinking of IMX)
* Work with Category teams (including creative strategy) to develop the E2E strategy.
* Work with Creators which includes Design, Consumer and Shopper content and enablers Media, Digital, Asset teams to Orchestrate experiences for the Brands.
* This role will have no direct reports, but will work with a large network of colleagues across TCCC

* One (1) Sr. Director, E2E Experience Strategy Coca-Cola & Sparkling Flavors
* One (1) Sr. Director, E2E Experience Strategy Hydration, Sports, Coffee & Tea
ROLE LOCATION:
As a global team, we aim to have associates be able to work from anywhere. However, there may be some situations where relocation will be required. Experience
* Significant marketing experience (10-12 years) across creative strategy, design & content creation, media, connections.
* Experience with Strategic Brand Planning that helps build experiences
* Proven ability to ideate, innovate and execute at Scale.
* Experience with Integrated Experiential Plans for large campaigns
* Experience working with cross-functional teams inside and outside TCCC networks
* Comfort with and understanding of brands and business
* Great understanding of human insights
* TCCC experience marketing /previous IMC experience only
Work Focus
* Ability to ideate and develop experiences strategy
* Deep consumer understanding of the roles of brands in consumer life.
* Nurture relationships within IMX and network of talent in Global marketplace for IMX disciplines.
* Ability to work in flat teams and Agile project-based teams
Communication Focus
* Role will require frequent communication with Global Category teams, other Global Marketing sub-functions, OU Category and IMX teams
* The [CATEGORY] E2E Experience Resource must be comfortable communicating innovative approaches to marketing strategy and building buy-in across key internal stakeholders
