Job Description

The Platform Implementations Support Analyst is responsible for providing Support to Citis Financial, Regulatory and Management reporting applications. Primary functions include research, mapping and testing of data feeds to the Full Suite platform as well as oversight of standard development life cycle of business and technical initiatives and over-all status follow-up and communication.

The Implementations Support Sr Analyst will provide primary support for the Financial Full Suite (FFS) platform.

Role & Responsibilities

Participate and support the definition phase of the project including:

* Supporting business in discovery
* Review discovery documentation provided by country
* Review Fit/Gap analysis.

Participate and support the design phase of the project including:

* Review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
* Review of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
* Creation of Operations schedule and flow for country
* Support report design
* Validate mapping logic

Participate and support configuration and development phase of the project including:

* All country specific configurations
* Assist technology with conversion efforts
* Perform reconciliations of converted data

Participate and support the UAT phase of the project including:

* Assist in the creation of the UAT test plan
* Execution of FRSS test scripts
* Support business with UAT testing
* Assist with stress/performance/volume testing

Participate and support the Go Live phase of the project including:

* Assistance with user training
* Confirm production configurations
* Assist with and confirm conversion
* Assist in the complete of go live checklist

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelors Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years related work experience
* 3+ years in a systems support environment
* Knowledge of client server technology, data warehousing and reporting/accounting/analyst skills
* Strong Excel skills required; MS Access desired; PowerBi desired
* Experience with enterprise applications
* Must be able to coordinate and deal with conflicting time demands
* Ability to support non-standard business hours including weekends and holidays as determined by Finance
* Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
* Team Player
