Responsibilities will include handling and aiding in the timely investigation, and resolution of compensation claims for dual products. The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and be comfortable making high level decisions for their own portfolio as well as contribute guidance and oversight to their teams portfolios, including support for their team lead. The candidate will need to effectively interact, build, and maintain successful relationships with the front office, operations, relationship managers, and external clients. A Rec&Proof; Intmd Assoc Analyst - B11 is expected to be able to:

* Support incoming and outgoing claim functions as the subject matter expert for two asset classes
* Assist in managing new hire training schedules alongside their team lead, and participate in the on the job training process
* Facilitate and lead ad hoc team or one on one training sessions based on business needs
* Manage his/her claim portfolio and maintain proper aging
* Meet or exceed departmental control and performance standards
* Lead client and business conference calls
* Handle first level claim escalations
* Coordinate and implement process improvements as well as project oversight
* Manage and participate in audit requirements including quarterly MCA Testing, and routine department internal audits
* Participate in claim closures
* Manage transaction authorizations specific to general ledger approvals
* Manage claims application updates, including client contact maintenance
