A marketing driven position charged with the responsibility in the development and execution of the organizations trade marketing efforts with a large focus on growing the whole sale business. This position will assist and work under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
* (50%) Develop, implement and participate the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives at key retailers under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Duties will include:
* Communicate with internal & external resources and agencies to support the development of concepts and execution on an on-going basis
* Work on key wholesale accounts driving marketing campaigns online and in store visuals and set ups including partnering with creative on planograms and pallets
* Contribute to collateral content used on site in alongside of the creative, sales and copywriting teams
* Perform deep dive analyses into digital campaigns using data analytics (e.g. POS Data, NPD, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to gather business insights and make recommendations
* Drive analysis, - action- and results-oriented culture that enables fast decision making, collaboration, and flexibility for both short term challenges and future planning
* Develop results driven KPIs for reporting on digital campaigns and present to relevant stakeholders
* Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
* (30%) Support retail Marketing Manager in executing compelling marketing programs to drive site traffic. Including but not limited to Email, Affiliate, Paid Social, Paid Search, PLA, and Display
* Partner with multiple agencies to ensure creative, data and link files are delivered and on track for deployment
* QA all marketing for creative, link and data accuracy
* Create Link Docs for Campaign Emails in conjunction with Email Team & Merchandising to direct ops partners to correct HTML build destinations
* Maintenance of calendars (marketing and promotional) and communication of shifts to agency and internal partners
* Familiar with writing creative briefs to be able to write as needed in Specialist/Manager absence to be turned over to creative for development
* Monthly compilation of historical marketing imagery and promotional/content data to build Creative Strategy templates
* (15%) Support International Marketing requests
* (5%) Support Trade Show execution

* Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Bachelors degree from 4-year accredited college or university
* 3+ years of experience in Marketing
* Retail experience a plus
