About the role:

This individual is a key business partner providing strategic guidance to Senior Leaders across the global Rhythm Management team. She or he will partner with Leaders and HR to design people and organization strategies and plans that support business objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

* Providing strategic HR direction to VP level clients, be an active member of their leadership teams, and be responsible for the talent leadership processes in those organizations that enable and drive business outcomes. Client groups will include the RM global marketing and franchise teams, and additional groups TBD.
* Diagnosing opportunities to improve the performance of the organization utilizing tools to measure organization effectiveness e.g. 360 feedback surveys, employee metrics, benchmarking data, external market and industry trends.
* Leading change management initiatives with organizational leaders to address business priorities to embed the Boston Scientific and PI Culture
* Conducting regular leadership and succession planning sessions with client groups and implement action plans to ensure succession ready bench and development of high potentials.
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition to provide recruitment consultation (with a broader business/function perspective to drive proactive attraction of quality candidates for current and future positions
* Coaching and consulting with managers and employees on issues affecting morale, performance and development, helping to determine root causes and recommend appropriate strategies
* Coordinating and driving the annual performance and compensation review process for assigned functions and groups
* Supporting the VP, HR on global and company-wide projects that support designated client groups

What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications

* BA or BS Degree required; Masters degree, and strong business and finance acumen valued
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a progressive Human Resources organization with direct experience supporting senior leaders and organization as an HR Business Partner, Talent Management experience working directly with the business, or related HR COE leadership experiences
* Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
* Must be able to influence senior leaders and key matrix partners across a global organization.
* Experience implementing organizational design, development and change management strategies in support of business objectives
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize data to influence business decisions
* Strong knowledge of progressive HR programs, processes and tools
* Strong project management abilities
* Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, communications and presentation skills
* Demonstrated facilitation skills
* Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement practices
