About the role:

This position will serve as the lead for the instructional design and development of results-oriented training modules, programs, curriculum, and resources supporting the educational plans for the Urology and Pelvic Health Clinical Education team.

Works as a consultant across all franchises on multiple education curriculum development projects to define learner criteria, objectives, content outline, medium, evaluation methods and criteria, technical skills assessment - and utilizing the clinical expertise needed from HCP and internal SMEs. Works closely with the franchise Clinical Education Managers from framework to execution of final product.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Works as a consultant for the clinical education team on multiple education curriculum development projects to define learner criteria, objectives, content outline, medium, evaluation methods and criteria- and drawing out the info needed from HCP SMEs.
* Major job duties are the design and development of training curriculum, courses and modules both for in-person and digital deployment which accelerate procedural understanding and proper device usage in accordance with the IFU.
* Develops Skills Assessment tools for education programs that can be used to measure both learner and program effectiveness
* Will evaluate current train the trainer program and make recommendations for enhancements
* Will work with the various procedural simulators within the division to evaluate that the measurement criteria and key training objectives are being met.
* Collaborates with the clinical education managers and other cross-functional partners including SMEs, IT, Legal, Reg, EDUCARE COE, Sales, Product Marketing, Market Development, Medical Affairs, Integrated Marketing Communications, HEMA, Sales Training, Regional Education stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear direction
* Supports global education collaboration with the regions

* Expertise in teaching skills, curriculum development, and learning theory

What we're looking for:

* Bachelors degree or Masters in Education is strongly preferred. Areas of specialty could include education, psychology, and surgical education.
* 7-10 Years of Relevant Experience
* Works under minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and work together with a cross-functional, multi-site team.
* Strong organization, execution and communication skills.
* Candidate to be comfortable in front of all levels of the organization as well as external customers.
* Candidate to have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within project teams.
