Organizational Strategy, Transformation, and Change Management Lead

The Challenge:

Many organizations know where they want to go but getting there can be a challenge. Were looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organizations long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on our strategic work with a large analytics platform within the DoD. As a strategy consultant on our team, youll engage with clients at the senior executive level to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. Youll need to ask the right questions to draw out your clients objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, youll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize the DoDs use of shared data across the organization. As the strategy expert, youll identify and anticipate your clients needs as you create their way forward. Join us and lead change for the better in our strategic work with the DoD.

You Have:

* Experience leading change management projects to include strategy development, communications, organizational design, or developing skills-based training programs
* Experience in business development strategy, strategic planning, project planning, business planning centered on Information Technology and data analytics
* Experience in management consulting and consumer product and project management
* Ability to coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize demands as a manager
* Ability to build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reports to senior leaders
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* BS or BA degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience in a Chief of Staff or related role guiding senior executives
* Experience in marketing, social media engagement, or product management
* Experience with Information Technology projects with DoD clients
* Top Secret clearance
* MA or MS degree
* PMP Certification
