Description
Role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and processing real estate related documents, including required notices, renewals, expansions, term extension documents, estoppels, and SNDAs. Also, creates draft amendments and other agreements based upon proformas received from the Real Estate Group that outline the business deals approved by the Real Estate Committee.
1.Draft, review and negotiate all documents related to real estate matters.
2.Effectively manage internal and external business relationships.
3.Develop and implement Company policies and procedures.
4.Anticipate and minimize potential legal risks.
5.Address other legal projects as requested by management.
Qualifications
1.Paralegal certification and/or a degree in Paralegal Studies preferred.
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house required.
3.Ability to work cooperatively with the Company's management, real estate group, attorneys and staff, as well as, outside professional advisors and vendors.
4.Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.Ability to keep Company proprietary information confidential required.
7.General computer and electronic research experience.
8.Excellent problem-solving skills and business judgment required.
