The AWS Finance team seeks a world class Senior Finance Manager to be the head of AWS CapEx management team within AWS Services Finance. This is among the highest visibility roles in AWS Finance and the candidates work will directly impact Capital efficiency decisions taken by the AWS CFO, VPs and S-Team members. This is a people manager role This role will also give the candidate opportunity to work independently and drive & improve existing CapEx management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Finance Managers and Senior Financials Analysts
Support the planning, measurement and effectiveness of deployed AWS Server Capital
Provide deep analytics and communicate effectively to senior business team leaders
Develop and standardize financial reports

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree in business, finance or a related field
Minimum 10 years of finance experience, OR masters degree and 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Masters in Finance
Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills
Team management experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines
Comfortable with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
