Title: Technical Product Manager

Position Responsibilities:
Define and develop infrastructure required to build Machine Learning based models for automatic speech recognition. Identify products and services that will eliminate bottlenecks in the machine learning model building workflow (data preparation, training, model packaging, decoding, evaluation, adaptation, and deployment). Drive feature development across engineering teams, design, and program management to deliver a cohesive machine learning platform for building Speech Recognition models. Develop strategies to evangelize new features, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption of the Alexa experience with external Alexa users and internal domain teams (Music, Home Automation, etc.) as well as downstream science teams (Natural Language Understanding, Dialog, etc.) within the Alexa organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1.) Software development and program/product management; (2) Working with software systems or web-based technologies; (3) coordinating or managing cross-functional software development teams for technology integration processes to develop and implement technical products, software applications or websites; and (4) experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications including user experience designs,
And executing data driven cost / benefit.
