DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Contract Manager to help support the needs of our rapidly growing and dynamic grocery delivery and physical stores businesses. We're looking for someone who can negotiate and document a range of third-party contracts, identify and implement process improvements, and review and guide the business in creating marketing and promotional materials.
A successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, as this position involves direct contact with our business teams. In addition, the candidate will show great attention to detail and be able to work independently in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. Finally, you'll need common sense, great judgment, and a sense of humor.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of contract management, paralegal, or other comparable experience
Bachelors Degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and computer skills
Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor
Experience reviewing marketing and promotional materials is a plus
In-house legal experience or experience directly counseling clients is a plus
