The Opportunity
Responsible for partnering with operations, strategic support, and other stakeholders to assess resources needed to deploy changes or make progress on projects and initiatives
The Work Itself
* Build solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs.
* Communicate effectively and clearly on a daily, weekly, monthly basis with CAM Operations to provide exceptional support regarding routine and escalated requests.
* Support rigorous quality, control and compliance programs to include an ongoing control/compliance self-assessment process.
* Perform annual review and maintenance of policy documentation for CAM teams, including Special Servicing, Loss Prevention, Customer Solutions, Recoveries, and SRM.
* Respond promptly to CAM Operations policy impact requests (information, data, legal assistance, etc.) as needed.
* Act as a CAM Governance request support partner with Project Management and Operations on CAM intake assignments and during annual policy reviews.
* Gather and prioritize project requirements from stakeholders
* Support business stakeholders through proactive, data-driven thought leadership
* Create and maintain documentation (process flows, desk procedures, controls) for CAM Intake, change management, etc.
* Proactively engage in working sessions with thought leadership to recommend solutions
* Lead recurring meetings with Strategic Support Team to assess new intakes
* Develop presentations and present information as needed
* Facilitate CAM Intake and Governing Articles Change Requests (intake, planning, prioritization, ownership, etc.)
* Schedule and facilitate meetings with partners and stakeholders
* Ability to self-motivate and pull in additional work with limited direction
* Perform special projects/assignments as needed
The Skills You Bring
* Bachelor's degree (Business) Or equivalent in work experience required
* 3-5 years capturing requirements
* 3-5 years managing simple to complex projects
* 3-5 years developing task lists and project plans
* 3-5 years participating in diverse project teams and communicating with stakeholders3-5 years' experience facilitating in-person and virtual meetings (e.g. Zoom or equivalent)
* Experience in consumer financing industry (auto, mortgage, etc.) preferred
* Experience in Collections, Repossession, Remarketing, or Recovery operations preferred
* Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
* Deliver on our commitments (high say/do ratio)
* Dedication to quality, detailed approach, and pride in what we deliver
* Passion for getting work done independently despite obstacles and setbacks
