This role will focus on helping CVS Health identify and assess a portfolio of strategies to realize value in our P4P partnerships and achieve its mission of helping patients on their path to better health. As an Analytics Advisor, you will work with a high-energy team that is motivated by the opportunity to drive better health outcomes for our patients and realize financial results for CVS Health.

Your key job duties will be:

- You will be the data scientist responsible for developing analytical tools to identify patients with medication adherence barriers who require precise counseling as well as developing tools to uncover plan specifics insights and develop model projections.

- You will have the opportunity to partner with innovation teams and personalization teams to inform strategies and deploy tactics.

- You will uncover new opportunities leveraging data insights across our P4P portfolio and develop innovative strategies to operationalize these strategies

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or new product development (e.g., consulting, with a quant focus)

3+ years of analytical experience solving complex problems through advanced analytics and modeling

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Masters in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)

Additional database/coding knowledge

Knowledge and experience working with healthcare data a plus

The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization

The ability to cultivate effective working relations with and persuade diverse business leaders based on fact and reason with an emphasis on achieving tangible results

Education
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
