POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for overall project management relating to the critical facility electrical infrastructure to include, but not limited to: generators and related fuel systems; electrical systems to include, but not limited to, switchgear, UPS units, PDUs, batteries and associated systems. Project management involvement may include mechanical infrastructure, fire suppression systems, building automation systems and other general critical facility equipment.

Interface for client interaction, management, and control of project resources (internal and external), project documentation, and deliverables, scheduling and contract administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Incidental job duties may be included, but must be indicated. Other essential and incidental job duties may be assigned.

* To act as the direct representative of the Company regarding all Mission Critical Project contract related matters.
* Be familiar with and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer recommendations.
* Review weekly WIP report and ensure any projects exceeding budget are reported to Accounting and the Account Executive.
* Oversee subcontractors to ensure all required and applicable safety codes and practices are in place and adhered to.
* Manage manpower and subcontractors, if applicable.
* Oversee and assure the satisfactory performance of task preparations.
* Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure that ABM Technicians and subcontractor work is being performed per specifications and that appropriate standards and procedures are followed.
* Recognize potential change orders and capture any pertinent information associated with the change order. This information will be forwarded to the relative account executive for processing.
* Develop and Implement job specific Method of Procedures (MOPs)
* Provide all required documentation to satisfy the contract and client requirements.
* Oversee subcontractors to ensure all steps necessary are taken to provide a clean, healthy and safe working environment for all staff and tenant personnel.
* Oversee Job Foreman to ensure completion and inspection of subcontractor services.
* Oversee Job Foreman to ensure the subcontractor staff performs job cleanup and material/equipment/tools are returned as required.
* Prepares job close out forms.
* Attend Operations meetings weekly
* Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
* Oversight and implementation of the ABM and the customers safety plans, including appropriate LOTO procedures.
* Performs additional duties per Management teams direction.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE (Include necessary licenses and specialized training.)

* PMP Certificate (preferred, but not required).
* 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
* 2 to 5 years of Critical Facility (Data Center) electrical experience.
* Ability to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem solve.
* Proven ability to communicate professionally and accurately at many levels of an organization.
* Some knowledge and experience of fire suppression or monitoring and control systems desirable.
* Understanding and implementation of risk mitigation processes.
* TS/SCI Security Clearance preferred but not required but have the ability to attain and retain this level of security clearance while in this position.
